Refund policy

Returns: You can request a return within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with all tags and original packaging intact.
Returns must be approved before sending the item back.
Original shipping and COD fees are non-refundable, except when the item is incorrect or defective.
Free gifts received with an order must also be returned if the related item is returned.

Exchanges can be requested for wrong size, different color, changed mind, or another item.
A AED 25 exchange fee applies to customer-requested exchanges, regardless of whether the original order had free or paid delivery.
If NOT FOR YOU sent the wrong item/size, the exchange is free.
If the item is defective or damaged, the exchange is free after verification.
Exchanges are subject to product availability and current pricing.

Contact support@notforyou.ae as soon as possible with your order number and photos/videos.
After verification, NOT FOR YOU may provide a replacement or refund.
The customer should not use an incorrect or defective item before contacting the team.

Returned items are inspected before approval.
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
The actual time for the refund to appear depends on the bank/payment provider.
