Shipping & Delivery
We aim to deliver your order as quickly and smoothly as possible. Orders are shipped to the delivery address provided at checkout, and you will receive SMS and/or email updates regarding your order.
Where We Deliver
We currently deliver to:
- United Arab Emirates — Monday to Saturday
- Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman & Bahrain — Saturday to Thursday
Deliveries exclude official public holidays.
Delivery Costs
Shipping and any applicable cash-on-delivery fees are displayed at checkout before you complete your order. Free delivery thresholds, where applicable, will also be shown at checkout.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an SMS and/or email with your tracking details, where available.
Delivery Address
Please ensure your delivery details are accurate and complete. Once an order has been dispatched, changes to the delivery address may not be possible and may result in additional delays or charges.
If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer, additional delivery attempts or charges may apply.
